Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible customer service and matching to tax expe TurboTax Live was a terrible experience. I was bounced around to 8 different agents. Thank goodness I finally got to be with Julie. Prior to Julie I was placed with unresponsive agents, agents who were ill prepared to handle my account, and an incredibly difficult customer service platform to navigate. I work in customer success and the way TurboTax conducts business is shocking.

This year's filing required two forms of income, and Turbo Tax said, 'no problem.' The only nuisance was how many times they offered you to upgrade your tax filing experience to a pro. There were too many upselling options- it was annoying after the second offer.
