Rated 1 out of 5 by from 4th year using TurboTax, will not be coming back. Every year the additional fees, on what is advertised as a free tax preparation site, go up, and up. I do understand that certain tax situations do not apply for the free file version of Turbo tax, but what was advertised as the Deluxe version for $39 costed $117 by the time I was finished and I'm very unsatisfied with that. I can file and send them in myself for free, and will be doing that in the future. I would have been happy paying the $39 fee, even the second $39 fee for my state return which isn't mentioned in pricing. By the third $39 fee added to what I owe, I'm done with the service. Thanks for 3 good years, this one was not so much.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Service We have used TurboTax for many years now, and while there are occasionally situations where we have to do a little research (state frontline worker pay for example), it is always so easy to use, and so much cheaper than paying someone to do them for us. TurboTax is very helpful in making sure we file everything correctly, and in my opinion it is absolutely worth the very small amount we pay to use them! Thanks for providing a great service TurboTax!
