Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy for Simple Tax Return I've been using TurboTax for more than a dozen years. They've significantly improved with all of the additional resources now available (without additional fees) My return isn't complex (house, school loans, single, no kids, no investments)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst experience I have had I was charged for self-employment filing even though I selected free filing and when contacting customer service no one was able to do anything to help me. I was told the same thing each time and the same denial email was sent a few hours later. I wasnt able to dispute the charge so I am very frustrated and will not be filing with turbo tax again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is so easy to use! It's terrific to have an expert right there over your shoulder to help if you get stuck. I got confused and called for help once, and Verna called back within minutes. She walked me thru my issue until I felt comfortable again. Then I had a question as I was rapping things up and called again. Anthony answered my question with no problem again within minutes.
