Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome I have used Turbo Tax for years. Every year, I know that the rate is going to increase, and I don't mind but at the same time, I do mind. I am Self Employed and it's hard enough to keep a float with all the changes that Self Employed people have to already deal with. My situation was that I had got to the finishing point and had to go back and review, mind you that I've not changed anything and have been using this for years, but every time I would correct it, i would have to go back and do the same thing even after saving it multiple times, and i'm saying that lightly, i had to do it over 10 times and it would never let me advance. So, Finally after already paying $190 for the program I have to use, I had to get live or technical support which cost me an additional $90, so now I'm spending $280 for taxes. SO the live support walks me through the same thing that I have done over 10 times and did exactly the same thing that they had me do, and after having paid even more money, I finally went through and saved all my information allowing me to finally submit my taxes. I was very happy with the people that helped me, but I was not happy that I had literally tried what they told me to do over 10 times and spending 7 hours on something that should have only taken 2 hours and because I apparently spent more money the program decided that it would finally take my answers. That was the most frustrating part of this, this year and cost me even more money to do what I was already doing. I will be back next year to see what happens, but honestly, if I run into another situation like that again, I will be switching to a completely different program. So, hopefully, this will be resolved and maybe Turbo Tax will understand and give me a refund for the program not doing what it should've done in the first place and hopefully, i can be rest assured that that will not happen to anyone else and that if it does, the company will give those people a refund, especially when your a long time customer. I hope this helps someone, but do know that Turbo Tax has your Back. Have a Blessed, Great Day
