There is apparently a known issue TT is having with filing state refunds for some states (mine, apparently), I had to file Federal separately after having to wait a long time for someone to tell me it was an error with your tool. And now Ill have to figure out how to do my state separately for a whopping $7. Ill be looking for another platform next year. Im paying $200 to file the most basic tax return and you cant even get that right

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Has Disappointed...AGAIN!!! I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY HATED THIS YEARS' (2021 Taxes) EXPERIENCE!!!!! I thought Turbo Tax was a tax service, not credit karma's personal sales site. So disappointed!!!!!!!
