Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time Using Turbo Tax. Love it! Straightfoward options and setup on how you want to proceed with your tax return. My first time doing it online and it is easier than I thought. Highly recommend giving it a try online to save you time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comprehensive Service Turbo Tax service was pretty easy to use, My one issue is I was charged $49.00 dollars to fie state tax. I don't recall ever having to pay that amount with previous services.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Usually pretty good. 2022 Software glitch Did my joint 1040A (as I have for over 10 years with TurboTax) which included investment income, small business income, and IRA contributions. Software checked and told me everything was fine, so I e-filed. Return was rejected. When I came back to "fix" the errors, I was told it was a processing error with TurboTax's software and to wait until the next week to refile. If it was a known error, why did TT allow me to transmit my returns in the first place rather than just saying "There is a known issue with form XXxx. Please wait until 2/20 to submit.?" Kind of annoying. Hopefully they go through this time.
