Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Happy I don't understand how $5000 dollars gets took from taxes. When it's time to do taxes i get 1/4 back. I don't understand how i make more every year and yet get smaller refunds. This website shows me how much i make and how much i get in a refund. And i keep getting less.This will be the last time i use turbotax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One issue Everything was saved and today was review day. Added some info for education and charity but the stimulus section changed to numbers that were not valid. Not sure why turbo did that but glad I caught it before filing. Only complaint is the numbers being changed on reentry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too Expensive - Poorly Organized and Jumbled I input all the data required and requested. Several times the program stated my return had been reviewed and was looking great. I paid $140 and am hitting the button to file and BAM I need to submit the amount of something something on 18c and the again on 4! Wait - WHAT? No context - no nothing. the help and search sections are ridiculously lame and just regurgitate phrases and statements that are imprecise. Turbo Tax used to be great.
