This year, there was a glitch in the software that would not accept the fact that Box 15 should be blank for the state of NH. That caused me to have to take a lot of extra time to call TurboTax and get help because I'm paying to efile, not to mail it in. Ariana with tech support was wonderful. The program needs to be fixed to recognize non income tax states.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBOTAX for not so tax prep savvy people Answered questions and saved filing info once a section was completed. Being a senior citizen, I made sure to take a break often then continued where left off. Turbotax allowed me to deduct fees from my anticipated refund.
