Richard helped me and was very kind and amazing with my taxes. you guys really made it possible for me to understand what exactly I was doing and I did it all myself!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Read, Review, Plug n' Chug, Done It's not 100% free to file, HOWEVER, the pricing is explained depending on what services you select. You CAN choose to pay with the return itself at the end OR pay it with a card. Totally up to personal preference. But that aside, SUPER user-friendly. You don't have to type everything in manually; it saves from year to year what you inputted. If anything changes, simply tell it something has changed and update them. The service does offer explanations as far as tax breaks, etc. are concerned depending on the change. As for W-2s, etc, simply upload the PDF file and BOOM, all that nitty-gritty typing is done for you. I've not used the tax expert consultation yet, so no opinion on that, but I imagine if it's reflective of the do it yourself service, it's also user-friendly and probably even offers to input your information for you. All-in-all, definitely a solid service to use when you're busy with life and whatnot and just need to get this done in about 20 - 30 minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So thankful for Turbo Tax! I went premier, and love the fact that they ask you all the questions to make sure you are filing correctly and get your maximum refund. Worth every penny, as long as you have kept good records throughout the year.
