Rated 1 out of 5 by from SAVE YOUR MONEY Don't bother with the upgrade I chose the version where you can ask a tax expert questions. No one ever called me to answer my questions. At the end they said they will have someone contact me in 6 days! Chat function is not an instant thing. Started 6 hours ago by asking a question. Done now. Never talked to anyone.

I thought my children to use it, as they grew up and now do their own and we all use it to do our taxes and we continue to recommend it to friends and family. When we were students we found it easy to help us adding the school information.
