Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and Easy Been using Turbotax for many years now. Very simple to import my documents, even when I keep them ready just in case to double check. Questions are convenient for reminding me if I need to add more information to get a bigger refund, or to owe less. Recommend it for time saving purposes especially.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Program For years I used a CPA to do my taxes. I was always having to file an extension, and I was always having to do 90% of the work. And I never understood what the CPA was trying to tell me. TurboTax gives me far more information. The support is pretty good too. I had a question as to where to add my office SEP, and the TurboTax tech was able to walk me through the process. I've been using TurboTax for about eight years now. I am completely happy with their product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I purchased the downloadable software but was never told where to input the license code. I bought it for nothing. Hopefully they'll read this and ask for it and refund me the price I paid or the charges for filing. Do the right thing, guys!
