Rated 1 out of 5 by from Charged for premium- I didnt know until too late If you are self-employed, then filing with turbo tax will cost you $129. they won't tell you this you until you've spent hours on your return and at that point, it's too excruciating to start all over with a different service or method so you just pay it and file. they are well aware of this

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Confusing May be okay for simple taxes but if there is anything different or nuanced, it is incredibly difficult. We also cannot trust this to import information correctly and have to do a lot of small changes to ensure the information is accurate.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This process is stressful and too expensive. Charging $119 as the cheapest option to file taxes, is way too much as you are targeting catering to working class people. I will be searching for a new platform to use that is cheaper and more efficient than what Turbo tax has become. I am highly disappointed and feel cheated in this process. Ya'll are making money off of people needing help to navigate the very stressful process of taxes and it is disgraceful.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from legit not helpful at all I paid almost 200 dollars for help that i needed i waited over an hour to get a call from a "tax expert" who has 5 years experience supposedly, just for her to provide zero help and then Amanda proceeded to flat out hang up on me not to mention in the middle of the call it was interrupted by her child.
