Rated 4 out of 5 by from awesome I have been using TurboTax since 2018. I am 23 now, but as a young adult I had no idea how to file my taxes. TurboTax made it super easy and quick to file my taxes. I know so many people paying $100 or more and I have only paid $40 each year! Love this website.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from software works well - customer services horrible I like the tool to file my taxes. however, i wont use them again, part of the sales pitch is to have a person available for questions at all times and the two people i spoke with did not help me and one even provided the incorrect information. additionally the wait for a person was over an hour and you had to wait on the phone, not even option for a call back or to send an email to ask a question. for the cost it would have been better to pay my CPA and at least get the attention i needed. at the end, because of lack of help i lost money on my return because the form never updated a deduction and i could not speak to a person to get it correct
