Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbotax gets less helpful every year If it wasn't for the fact that I've used TurboTax for nearly 35 years I might go somewhere else! The online site used to be a lot more helpful but now they just keep trying to push you to use one of their "experts", which costs a lot more, and they provide less help in the actual application. For example, the site says I don't have to add my 1098 Mortgage Interest info because I said I own my home. Then at the end of the section it comes back with "Uh oh! You did add this info" here, let us help. Totally unhelpful! Why every year do you have to fix what wasn't broke? Oh well, for the most part it's still a useful site and cheaper than a CPA or other tax firm to do your taxes. So as long as you know what you're doing it's a good site to use.
