Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fly Turbo...!!! I have done taxes for friends, for free, for almost fifty years now, most of them reasonably simple. Today I had a return that was out of my realm of experience. I first turned to Tax Act and must briefly say, the advice given led me down a tangled path. I spent a great deal of time in frustration, then took a break, and chose Turbo Tax. I was delighted to breeze through their well laid out site and wondered why I had not tried Turbo Tax before. Yes, I made some calls for assistance/advice and each call was readily/politely handled. For the price, I still say it's a bargain because of how incredibly well this tax preparation went, of course all due to Team Turbo. I encourage anyone, everyone to use their service! Respectfully, I thank you Turbo Tax!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Well I like how easy it is to use. If i had all my documents prepared i would have been done in an hour. I absolutely hate constantly trying to get me to up the price and how the fee keeps increasing until i get to submission. It is ridiculous that i cannot submit this review without putting a nickname instead of it just being anonymous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Getting easier Thanks to Turbo Tax- running my own business is easier every year! Turbo Tax explains everything in easy to understand instructions & or suggestions. This time of year can get confusing, rest assured if you fall off the track, Turbo Tax will catch you in mid air & ask if you’d like to continue or review a question or two!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple Process, but... I've used TurboTax for years, since I began filing my taxes. I understand charging a fee to file your taxes, but why charge a fee to pay the fee out of my refund? Not only are they getting the 59 dollars that it costs to file but they're also getting 39 dollars to process that payment. To me that is ridiculous and it's also one of the main reasons I don't use their other services. The tax preparation is great and easy to use but I can't help but to feel like they are getting over on their customers. That's the only drawback for me.
