In the past whenever I have used live help and tax experts they don't seem to know the ins-and-outs of the software and don't seem confident in the advice they are giving. Seems like there is a disconnect between the software and the live help.

Everything is broken down to the most bite sized pieces for you to have complete understanding. You don’t need massive tax knowledge or know-how to operate it. All you have to know Is your own info and your own business. Super Easy!
