It's the little things: not being to put Interest, Dividends, and Charities in Alphabetical Order; having go through manual entry during Federal check for things I should have been asked already (Form 2210AI); having to group through Forms mode to change my refund amount; the cumbersome nature of the manual worksheets (Crtl_I). I get a little more frustrated every year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Getting Taxes Right I feel TurboTax isn't as user friendly as it was a couple of years ago. I found maneuvering through the numerous pages tedious. The review process seemed inconsistent. One review without issued, followed shortly with a second review which identified s few issued. The HELP feature was frustrating. I tried searching for the location to calculate next years estimated tax payment. Wound up search screen by screen to find it. Once there I couldn't change the values calculated. Frustrating. I'll continue using TurboTax, but I hope it improves next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I like Turbo Tax, but not on iPad I have used Turbo Tax for years on my main computer. Due to issues this year I did not. The format was uncomfortable and felt wrong. I couldn’t bring over past years even with pdf. I will return to using my computer and Turbo Tax next year. I do appreciate it was an option to use for filling.
