The ancient on the chat with simple to the point very understanding and communicative in a way that made me feel comfortable given that I had a simple understanding to begin with. By the end of our chat I went into processing the information for filing taxes like I was a professional and step-by-step the app guided me through it in a very professional manner doing research on my own money that I had never thought possible so yeah I used talk to text by the way and I want to rate TurboTax 10 Stars I talked to an Asian name Saiedy
