Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thankfully once per year Bombarded by conflicting marketing. Needed documents for completion should be stated upfront. Forewarned is forearmed. If you pay by refund, the program does not let you purchase bonds. Programmer need to review decision trees and duplication of provided info . Lessons learned by staff should be quickly and thoroughly disseminated. Enhance flow.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Continued attempts to up-sell turbo tax pkg I understand that you need to try and up sell me to packages that include services that I very likely do not need, but the continual, repeated attempts are a distraction. Ask me once in the beginning and once at the end, having to click past the extra attempts every time I move top a new module or log back in is extremely annoying and will be the reason that I seriously consider other programs next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What can I say I have been using turbotax for 6 years now. First year using Premier. I do love how easy it is to do my taxs. I do wish though it didnt cost me so much. If i paying for premier it should include State taxes in it. I shouldnt also have to pay a seperate fee for it. As in my 6 years I only got turbotax once for free. Also to note that my taxes where on complicated twice within those 6 years. I also feel for loyal customers who continue to use turbotax should get some type of promotional discount. Just a thought.
