Rated 5 out of 5 by from As usual, very easy to use! I have used TurboTax for 10+ years and it makes filing taxes incredibly painless. I know there are a number of choices on the market but I will continue using TurboTax. I have found it to be a great tool.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from SOME SECTIONS DID NOT WORK PROPERLY TRIED TO ENTER W-2 INFO AND GOT A BLANK SCREEN. CONTACTED TURBOTAX HELP AND WAS TOLD THEY HADN'T EVPERIENCED THIS BEFORE. CASE # 1489589428. TALKED TO VICKI WHO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. SHOWED ME HOW TO GO TO THE ACTUAL FORMS. HOWEVER, IF I WANTED TO FILL OUT THE FORMS, I WOULDN'T NEED TURBOTAX. THEN AS I PROGRESSED, SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME/ BENEFITS DID THE SAME THING. NOTHING BUT A BLANK SCREEN. I'VE USED TURBOTAX FOR 15 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT. UNTIL THIS TEAR.
