Rated 5 out of 5 by from EASY This is my first time filing taxes by myself. I usually go to a local tax service. TurboTax has made it convenient and easy for me. I had questions filing for my small business and I had a rep on the phone within 5minutes! Amazing service!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was glitchy the last 2 years. 2019 had issues with updates and IRS. First time in years had to file by mail. 2020 worked better but still there is an unsolved problem with auto checking that the domestic LLC members are "not a real person", when in fact that is false. The check does not ever clear. It is providing false info to the IRS and State that you have to figure out how to fix manually on your own. No response from the help center. Even got a ticket #471380114. No resolution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from helps a lot it help me a lot the only problem when i try to pay California software It keep saying invalid and a problem it will say edit and I did so many times and called customer service finally the supervisor help me I was able to take care of the problem nothing wrong with my t was just very frustrating but at least it was taken care of

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax has taken a step backward A few changes could really improve TurboTax 1) Navigation should not require going through the entire interview process for a section just to check on one thing. The input for a section should be summarized and editable. It seems like that used to be a capability within TurboTax. 2) It seems like the ability to compare inputs for a previous year to the current year is missing. This is the easiest way for a user to discover a mistake. 3) The font used within the program is difficult to read. It is too thin, to the point where it appears that part of the lettering is missing.
