Rated 2 out of 5 by from too expensive i would have filed with a free site this year but didn't want to start over on another site. 117 is steep for someone who barely has a refund and has to pay back. why the 39 processing fee?

Everything is explained so throughly which is important when it comes to important things like your money. I will always use them and don’t mind paying bc it’s worth it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from fair I love that they double check everything and review it so it's hard to mess up however the prices are getting ridiculous and the $39 processing fee to pay out of your refund is absurd. I spent over 30 min typing in all my different card numbers and verifying billing addresses to avoid that processing fee and ironicly every card i had was unable to be verified
