Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long time user with positive results As a TT Premier user for many years it has gotten easier to use. Saving and re-accessing my data for future filings has been the more difficult problems. But with the direct conversations in the past most issues are always resolved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax makes filing easy Turbo Tax can walk you through every step of the filing process. I recommend doing that. You will have no second guessing about what you just did. The questions you are asked are easy to understand and direct you to where to get the information. You can stop in the middle, save, and continue later. I felt secure about my return every step of the way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Awesome and supper easy to use! I really did enjoy my experience filling my taxes. Thankfully my taxes were not super complicated this year, but it was my first time doing it so I always thought it would be complicated. The UI and UX of TubroTax was great. It was a very easy platform to use and the visual displays were very nice and straightforward. It was great to have a knowledge base when I had doubts on certain sections. I really do like TurboTax. I think if my taxes get more complicated I would opt in to using a paid version of Turbotax to get help maneuvering this process. Definitely will recommend TurboTax to friends and family!
