Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never using TurboTax Again I used turbo tax because I was supposed to get a promotional credit through credit karma. This was not applied to my cost of using the turbo tax service. It took me weeks to finish a pretty simple return because turbo tax kept glitching and having technical issues. My state return turned into $0 randomly and the site never explained why. I'm worried that my taxes were done incorrectly because of using turbo tax. It is not worth the money. I would have been better off paying a human being to help me do it properly.
