Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank heavens for TurboTax! Returning customer. Happy to have my data available to short-cut the input needed. Found the list of necessary supporting data useful as well. Completion went quickly, thanks to having what I needed on hand. Ran into one issue - a form that I didn't need this year but didn't know how to remove. I tried to word a question in chat correctly, but didn't find the answer, so was offered contacting someone to help resolve the issue. I accepted, gratefully. Didn't have to wait long to have a live helper online. He knew exactly which steps I needed to take to resolve my problem. He walked me through them and I was finished, checked my data once again and could file within a few minutes of getting off the phone with Robert. Thanks, TurboTax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from solid product, personal support seems non-existent It would have saved a lot of time if I could have hooked this into quickbooks online. Would have also been very beneficial to ask quick questions to a tax expert. My understanding was that this was possible but I couldn't find this anywhere, only the community help. There was nothing that offered to connect me to anyone. It states to contact customer service in many places but always just links to the community support where I can only ask other users.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needed help I put everything in Turbo tax like i do every year. This year it wouldn't accept one area. I read through twice and redid it several times and could not get it to work. I called and the people were very nice and tried hard but it took 3 different people and over an hour to figure it out but they did get it fixed. I would still use Turbo Tax next year and beyond. It is nice to know there are diligent people to help and stick to it until it is fixed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS A LIFE SAVER Turbo Tax is so easy and convenient. I remember using paper forms and keeping receipts (and not knowing which receipts could be used) and looking through the bulletins and pamphlets we picked up at the post office to understand how and what to enter on the return. Then to cap it all off, running to the post office to physically mail the return. I am so grateful we have electronic preparation from Turbo Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is fantastic! I have always done my taxes by hand myself. I did this one by hand first then tried Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax caught several errors that I made. It saved me over $1000 due to missing entries and calculations.
