Rated 2 out of 5 by from to difficult to get answers in March of 2021 the American Rescue Plan Act was passed. This provided tax exemption of up to $10,200 for Unemployment Compensation. I attempted to find out if this was still in effect for tax year 2021. Your reps couldn't answer that question.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fees, fees, fees... My rating is mostly for ease of use (for my needs) versus HR Block. This year the overall experience was glitchy at best; constantly asked to upgrade the product option (perhaps this contributed to the glitches?). Next year, I will likely pay a local firm and save money as this year the fees/increases are out in full force.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is great. Turbotax is very easy to use automatically filling in forms and information from previous returns and checking information to make sure everything is complete and I can stop, come back to it later picking up where I left off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very poor "expert" service I reached out because of a rejected state return, Felix an "expert" reached out and all he did was have me verify my income and try to get me to submit my return without addressing the reason why it was rejected in the first place. When I refused to transmit my return without first correcting the problem, I asked the agent to help and he hung up on me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! It was very easy to navigate through and input my information especially considering I had multiple jobs last year. I had a W2, 2 1099's, a dependent, and sold crypto currency and I completed my taxes in an hour by myself. I love this product.
