Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is expensive, but very helpful. I am always confused when filing my husbands business taxes, but Turbotax always walk me through with questions making me feel confident that I am getting him the most accurate and best amount of refund.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Now - Heavily geared towards higher cost I can go to a local agent and pay less to have a review of my very basic tax filling. I don't have the option to select a basic filing based on very little information to input. The system become overly cumbersome for no reason other than to justify higher level and higher cost to use your service. Very disappointed. I was initially drawn to TurboTax for its ease with my very simple basic tax filling. This is no longer the case with high cost and no other options. If the system is so automated why the higher cost for basic returns?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pricey with forced extras It's honestly disgusting how many extras this software tries to force on you. Imagine having to spend an extra 30 dollars to send an already pre-populated forum over to the IRS

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Assistance Was The Best my experience was wonderful , i REALLY Appreciate the time patience my assistant helped with every step and part of the way . she was soooo helpful sooo caring and so nice and loving to help me and i thought it wasn't any way i was going to receive my taxes . im soo grateful
