Rated 3 out of 5 by from easy Great software makes filing very easy but you need to stop trying to figure out ways to charge people more. There should be a least minimum assitance with questions about rules of your site without having to be charged for it.

This is the first year I hit some problems in regards to some information I filled out incorrectly but was promptly help via the expert window.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I've used Turbo Tax the last 3 years & have always loved it! I never had any issues with it before! This year, it was such a hassle, and I'm not sure if I will use it any longer. The sections took forever, things kept being blocked, too many additional questions were asked, and because of my experience in the past, it should've only taken me my lunch hour to complete. I've had to come back 3 different times now just because it's taking forever! :(((
