Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD ISSUES WITH STATE FILING BUT ISHA MY REP ASSISTED AND WALKED ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE THING DOUBLE CHECKING ITEMS I GLANCED OVER ESPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS A HOLIDAY.

It seems like they get better and better every year if that's possible. Will continue to use them and recommend also. Thanks so much for providing such a great product and service.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Online Self-Employed Federal Return I had to completely delete 4 hours of work to start over. I could not return to something that needed to be changed within the software that was open. And I had to fudge dates on my company vehicles in service and out of service dates.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Oklahoma NR forms need work The OK NR forms did not transfer information correctly the first time I ran the program. The second time it populated an unneeded capital gains form that I had to manually edit every line of. The third time it added my first name to a form that was supposed to be auto populated from the federal personal info form and it could not be transmitted until I found the right form and manually removed it. UGH.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to use Turbo Tax is a tool I’ve been using for 5 plus years now and I’ve found it to be the best way to get my taxes done. Due to my line of work, I never have the time to make it to any tax professional and go hours of questions. My time is precious to me and I love the fact, I can start and stop when ever I need to and still make time for my personal/work life. TurboTax gives me that option and I would tell everyone I now to use this tool to just make life a little simpler.
