Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes are a headache but turbotax makes them easy I dread tax time, they always give me a huge headache and I know nothing about actually doing taxes. But turbo tax makes it very easy to follow along. You just but in the info and they basically do the rest. And if I feel stuck or not sure there is always someone a click/phone call away to help me through it.

Paid the extra for the live help and when I actually needed to ask a question (only once) they didnt even answer and closed the chat. Waste of money. Would not have checked out if I didn't already spend 2 hours inputting my sales records. Not happy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax still awesome after more than 10 years I got TurboTax again and this time also paid for my kids to use a copy since they are new and their taxes are relatively simple (although multi-state). We all loaded, filed, and took care of everthing easy peasy. Signing up again for next year. I keep vowing to re-evaluate every year, but the ease has me coming back every year, and now passing down to my kids.
