Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and easy! Jackie, the tax expert, helped me figure out some errors I had in order to finish my taxes. I took longer only because I had to pay an extra fee to get some quick, live help, but other than that, it did not take long. This is my 8th year doing my taxes with y'all and I will continue for as long as I can.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quick efficent costly I found this service to be easy to navigate and truly maximized my refund. On the downside with the continued additives to make sure I received those benefits , I as a single mom poorly paid teacher still ended up dishing out $188 (5%) of my earnings to maximize those credits. Even at a "discounted" rate still pretty steep for me having to do all the work.

The program has been friendly to use, and online help is readily available. I enjoy the learning process, and there is something new every year to learn. It's been a good partner for me.
