Rated 2 out of 5 by from I'm not happy with Turbo Tax this year. the navigation was horrible! i needed to find the information I was missing which made my return rejected The years prior to this one, I was unable to contact a representative to assist me. I tried numerous times to contact someone to help. that was useless, frustrating and aggravating. the experience I had this year may have persuaded me to try another tax company.

I starting Using the self employed version for a friend of mine for the past two years. Admittedly she was leary to have me do her taxes, but was pleased with how much I saved her using the product. I started a business and used it for me this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax is so easy and good to use i had a hard time trying to get the 8915E form to file my 2020 taxes in 2021 due to covid cares act. but with the help of a live tax person i was able to resolve it with no issues. they walked me through the process swiftly.
