You have to go into your email and find your turbo email saying that u have finished your taxes to find where u left off for it the bring your your taxes back up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Deluxe I have had no issues for the past 6 or so years using turbo tax until this year where I was unable to process my taxes unless paying for deluxe or premium. This would have been my first year in my adult life getting a return, but instead most of it went to turbo tax. I really do not think I will use this next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Loved the help i got with both live agents when i was filing. Tim was one and the other was San**** im not too sure. but it started with an S. They were great in resolving my issues hopefully management can go back in and see who helped me through my chats and give them credit. i have been using turbo tax a few years now and love the help they always give me.
