Rated 3 out of 5 by from Convenience is great, but pricey Turbotax Live helped through a tricky year's worth of data. Having a live agent incredibly simplified the process. However, Turbotax is borderline unethical with its fee structure and lack of transparency.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo Tax is AWESOME Turbo tax made it so easy for me to file my taxes myself, if there is anything wrong it will send it back for me to fix I absolutely will recommend and use Turbo Tax from here on out. They also offer live CPA's to assist you when you have questions about things that you are filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax made filing easy I liked that TurboTax suggested potential tax breaks and made the process of filing easier. I used to use H&R but my husband recommended TurboTax. The website is very user friendly and made filing taxes less stressful.

It's a great way to file but the pretending it isn't going to cost you anything besides like $40 then went up to $90 then oh wait $290 right when your done and you either hit finish and just pay it or you start all over elsewhere. I wouldn't mind paying it so much if they didn't do that. I like the upfront truth.
