Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Happy with the TurboTax Premier I purchased the TurboTax Premier from Sam's Club which didn't work and then called the 1(888) number and waited for help which they hung up on me 3 times. I ended up doing my taxes on the Turbotax online and paid full price and the code would not work. First time in 15 years I was let down by TurboTax

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It was really expensive It was really expensive to use this program. I felt like it was accurate, but I'm no accountant, so who really knows? It is frustrating that taxes are so complicated that I need help. It is frustrating that I have to pay hundreds of dollars just to use software -- not even with human help -- to do this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Excellent!!! The customer service at TurboTax is amazing! I was having trouble with my state return and I called TurboTax for assistance. The rep, also named Victoria, was very friendly and helpful. This to me is important since tax time is stressful for many. Together, we solved my issue and I will continue using TurboTax.
