Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax left me high and dry -- very disappointin TurboTax didn't file my review as I had paid them to do. Three different agents left the company and I had to reach out multiple times to get anyone to answer. Then I was told that I needed to pay more (twice!) to get my (extended) return filed. Then they found out TurboTax did my return incorrectly last year -- and I needed to pay more to get that fixed. And then I was offered a 20% discount for the trouble -- but the coupon wasn't applied at check-out, and I am now trying to figure out how to get my refund. Used TurboTax for the past 5 years -- this time is the last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best experience Yet. Had the best experience filing our taxes this year. Finally getting the hang of it. Really liked the ability to put what I was looking for and could not find in the search box and was extremely surprised at how well it worked.
