Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tax Return Injection Joe was Outstanding!!!! My tax return was rejected 3 times and he walked me through my WHOLE return! We finally realized it was my Cache, browsing, and cookies that was preventing the return from going through. He patiently showed me how to clear them and waited on his end to see if the IRS accepted the return! Thanks so much Joe for all you do!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Better than nothing Used Turbo Tax Business for a family trust. As long as you don't have questions it works ok, but if you don't understand something, it can take hours of research to figure out what to do. Turbo Tax said I needed Form IRC 172(b)(3), but it didn't tell me how to find it, and none of what I found in the forums was accurate in terms of where to look in my version of the software. I finally found it on a poorly labeled page with a collection of check box items. The error checking at the end is even worse. It basically says: "something is wrong, fix it". I just gave up and submitted my form, and I'll let the IRS tell me what was wrong.
