Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was easy to use I had no issue except for when I went to edit my charity amount then the system doubled my amount, no matter what I tried to do. But I fixed it with the "Delete Button". So other than that it was smooth sailing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was great and easy and fast and simple I used the free plan but I was still able to figure everything out that I needed to. It was fast a lot easier than I expected it to be! I had a bit of an issue with not being able to find my state on one of the drop down boxes but it was resolved when I left the box blank and the site later let me type in the letters to my state instead. I would definitely would recommend this site to friends and family.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is awesome except for one feature! The whole process with Turbo Tax was wonderful except for one item. There was one question on the PA state return that was impossible to answer with the options offered. I spent close to half an hour trying and then just filled in the blanks to try to move on. I finally was able to keep going however I am certain that I will have to communicate with Pennsylvania to correct my return. Still I would highly recommend Turbo Tax.
