Rated 1 out of 5 by from I am annoyed I work for DoorDash as a side job. I had to pay to put in my information about the income I earned form DoorDash this year. I though that what I was paying was a flat price it wasn't. They charged me for filing my State income taxes at in a State I don't even live in I just work there. Then they wanted to charge me again to have them take out the money from my refund. I am very annoyed with Turbotax!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from pretty good Its time consuming either way just with a little boost. It is tedious having to start all over as the only way to downgrade from a service. Prices on packages are different on two different TurboTax home pages at the same time same date I don't know why. I do like this new auto-correct they have added.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax Live I was excited to see TurboTax offer the free live subscription this year and took advantage of it. With the craziness that is COVID-19, the live rep was so very helpful resolving to give me a call so we could really figure out the best way for me to do my taxes. So grateful for all of the help I received!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money. I have an accountant who gets me MORE money and costs LESS to do my taxes. I didn’t go to him this year due to corona and I got LESS this year. Then they charge an insane amount !
