Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still needs improvment The help windows still offer vague responses and should include more of a "this scenario..." or alternate terms... Some times when doing error review it wants you to populate the box and not scroll you to the form where you should be able to double check and make sure its typed in that location on the form requesting the error/missing data.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Job TurboTax! My tax situation has become more complex lately with larger donations, rental property, and shifting dependent situations. I use the live help premium version and chatted with a tax professional prior to filing my returns and felt extra safe. It was a great experience and also got a great refund!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very convenient and easy to use but expensive I have been using Turbo Tax for 8 years now. I appreciate the fluidity of their platform and the help along the way when needed. Online chat is always accessible and agent are readily available. What made this 4 out of 5 stars was that only with max package you get everything you really need is so expensive, while the basic is suitable, but risky. I will return to using the basic edition and I hope that basic can include a little more since we will have to pay a feee regardless. The alleged "discount" didn't really affect the final price after taxes and fees, max package cost $203. I also was told I was ineligible to use my refund to pay this fee, so this made things really tough for me financially. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Otherwise the agent I asked a plethora of questions was extremely patient and helpful in the online chat. He broke things down and made sure we were understanding each other. The turbo tax agents have always been pleasant.
