Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Teriffic! Very good overall experience, from doing the input myself, to pausing to ask questions of HELP, plus a final review by a tax pro....a great experience. The program is entertaining to use, with cartoons and graphics and pats you on the back when you do well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great. Had a good experience with Turbo Tax this year. I had some issues with retirement income and forms for underpayment. Aske.d for help, and the lady figured it out for me. She was excellent.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible. I upgraded to get additional help with my deductions. I tried to live chat, didn’t work. So I scheduled a call that took 20 mins to even call me just for them to offer me no help!!!!!! Submitted my return and it gets rejected.. so I had to go find the problem and fix it myself. Wasted money on the upgrade for nothing.
