Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use & Has Explanations I like how Turbo Tax takes you step by step and if you mess up you can always go back to that part and fix it. I also like that there is a FAQ box to search topics if you need further explanations.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems with efiling state returns Turbo Tax gave me a $10.00 credit to use to efile the state. My state return was not efiled and I was charged $10.00 I don't normally efile the state because I don't think it should cost extra after purchasing the software. Very disappointed
