Rated 1 out of 5 by from I will not be using TurboTax next year. I had a W-2G provided to me with a Federal identification number which was nine digits but included two dashes. TurboTax will not allow this even though it is a valid ID for this provider. I had to pay $20.00 to file the state form only to have the form rejected by the Federal government. I now have to file by paper and am out the $20.00 because this software would not allow entry of a valid ID.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jerome is the best It was my first time to receive negative return amount after I used Turbotax for 10 years. I decided upgrade to make sure what I am seeing and doing is right. Jerome picked up my request immidiately and answered all questions I had and even he educated us in a short call. I think the platform is pretty neat as I could see his face as live but I did not share my camera screen. They keep customer's privacy but it is a true live chat experience with showing his face and talked to us. I have never experienced this upgrade before but I do not have regret with it.
