Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax is meh What a headache this year. I had questions about selling my house last year and the first expert i talked to took me down a few rabbit holes. The first was not knowing that New Mexico is actually a state and not a country. It was bad enough i just shut down the app and walked away for a few days. The second time i attempted to finish the taxes I was sent through an entirely different set of steps. There were still lines filled out that needed to be corrected. The correction process used to be so simple. Not this time. I contacted an expert to assist me and we had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get a connection. She was super helpful and managed to finally get a screen mirror connection. TurboTax is an excellent option for anyone that just has a few W2s, but beyond that, you will be pulling hair out of your head..
