Rated 3 out of 5 by from good, but a little misleading i feel like i did get my maximum refund and it was easy, however at the end of filing, it forced me to pay $85 in fees for some kind of "protection" that i didn't have to option to select. either i paid their fees, or i didn't get my return. i always thought turbo tax was free but i don't believe it is. also, it gave me the option to have the fees simply deducted from my federal refund, but they wanted to charge yet another $45 so i could pay them... seems completely strange and backwards.
