Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating experience I spent over two hours on the phone with customer support only to resolve the issue myself. My solution was to change my refund request to paper check, and then also print my forms. The issue all started when my returns were rejected to an error on me. Once I went to fix the issue, TurboTax would not take my changes as they already filed my business taxes (personal were rejected). I will hire an accountant next year and pay $500 to save me four hours of time and probably net a bigger return.

I highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to file your own taxes. I have never been audited they really help you to not make mistake and inform you of the new tax laws.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time Using Turbo Tax. Love it! Straightfoward options and setup on how you want to proceed with your tax return. My first time doing it online and it is easier than I thought. Highly recommend giving it a try online to save you time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comprehensive Service Turbo Tax service was pretty easy to use, My one issue is I was charged $49.00 dollars to fie state tax. I don't recall ever having to pay that amount with previous services.
