Always filed my own taxes every year with Turbo Tax but since we established 2 businesses this year, change route and went with a live full-service expert and pay them to do it. I started doing it on my own but did not want to miss out any tax breaks or cause any red flags with my taxes. Glad I listened to my wife when she said find a CPA to do the taxes. Definitely be using the live full service option again next tax season.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from GETTING WORSE AS OPPOSED TO BETTER The most recent version of Turbo Tax seems to be more complicated. Previous info is not stored or wasn't in my file, as I recall it used to be. Call back assistance didn't work well, and the drop-down responses were useless. I strongly considering a change in providers next year.
