Rated 4 out of 5 by from Apparent software glitches Generally good product as usual but during review process had to reenter information on a couple of income forms and delete a "ghost" income form that was not used this year. Not as user friendly as it has been in the past.

I was having trouble preparing my taxes using the Turbo Tax Online Free Edition, I ran into a problem where my 2020 taxes was rejected by the IRS, I was stump on how to correct or even figure out where the problem lies, so I contact the Help section on my Turbo Tax Online Free Edition and the customer service operator was so very helpful in answering and fixing the era that I encounter. I was able to complete my 2020 tax form.

Acorns sent me a PDF tax document of like 12 pages and I was concerned about having to key that in, but with Turbo Tax, I was able to link My Acorns document to my return and it prefilled all the important forms and even helped me with credits I didn't know about.
