Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax charges too much and sends with errors. I had a $600 hold back from the IRS on my 2021 filing that turbo tax did not alert. This year the fees from turbo tax increased. Considering my taxes have been sent with unintended errors, I'd like to have more bang for my buck.

There are too many explanations throughout the actual process-if people don't know what they are doing, they can use the help tab-which was the fastest way to find specific form locations that one might not receive regularly. The cost of the product seems steep-y'all are already profiting from the government making the general tax process exceptionally confusing-why not offer a discount to everyone who already uses your paid services!
