Finally gave up but once I had already agreed to that package I still had to pay for it even though I couldn't access services I paid for!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from watch for the hidden fees I was about to finish when I noticed they were going to charge me $40 just to have the fees subtracted from my federal refund. If you pay before you file, they don't charge. Last year I didn't have any fees but this year I paid $120 in fees due to various reasons. The software is really simple to use and make filing easy. I was able to finish everything in a few hours.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax for a smartphone is a complete nightmare I had to delete the app twice because the left side menu didn’t work. I made a mistake and couldn’t fix it because of this. I had to go back to an early email and start over. Took hours.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't tell you about fee's upfront I have used turbo tax in the past and never have i been charged $40 to add the form for higher education expenses. What happened to FREE for military??? I will not be using Turbo tax again! ever!
