We chose turbo tax because we use quickbooks and wanted to import our information. After multiple attempts we finally had to input everything manually. We then had filing issues, the program kept saying transmission errors. We called customer service and received no help with the issues. upon investigating the issue online we found out we were not the only people having these issues. Very disappointed in the software and company and will not be using it again

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Software issues Because I used to self-employed TurboTax in previous years it wouldn’t let me change to the regular tax situation now that I’m not self-employed and I was on the phone with tax professional for over an hour trying to figure out how to get it to change never did figure it out how do use a discount code
